We supported a pharmaceutical and chemical company with change management and communication throughout the implementation of SAP S4/HANA at sites in Italy, Switzerland and the Middle East.
A pharmaceutical and chemical company set up a global program within its healthcare sector to implement SAP S/4HANA. The program aimed to harmonize processes across locations and improve efficiency by using a state-of-the-art solution. The rollout was structured regionally in waves: while some sites had already worked with SAP and were implementing S/4HANA as advanced ERP system, for others it was completely new. End users needed to be enabled and supported in adapting to new processes. As there were significant impacts on manufacturing and warehouse management, effective change management and communication was essential to ensure business continuity and successful adoption.
