We partnered with a global organization to introduce new functionalities in their HR system, focused on change management and communication. This initiative streamlined HR processes and empowered various stakeholders worldwide, ensuring a smooth transition and widespread adoption.
The company aimed to enhance its HR system with new user-friendly features, targeting multiple stakeholder groups globally. The challenge was to ensure that these enhancements were seamlessly adopted, communicated effectively, and that relevant stakeholders were adequately trained.

Our team led change management and communication for a large healthcare organization’s R&D transformation, establishing a global hub & spoke model to optimize resources, support innovation, and enable sustainable growth. This multi-year transformation created a resilient operating model spanning global, regional, and local levels.
